TRACKING MY ORDER

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number to track your order with DHL. If you did not receive this email, please email : care@moroccantouch.info

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

• We offer 14-days to return/exchange your order.
• The item/s must be in original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
• Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process your refund minus a 40€ shipping fee.
• Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges.

To ship an item back to MOROCCAN TOUCH please:

1. Contact us by email at care@moroccantouch.info with the order number and the item you want to exchange
2. Place the item/s in the original shipping container.
3. We will organize the pick-up or drop-off with the local delivery service 
4. When we receive the merchandise, which must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, we proceed to your refund
5. The return is at the expense of the customer and costs 40€
